This is a repeat of the previous advanced workshop and contains part of the contents from our exceptionally popular PM essentials seminar. We have invited our guest speaker, Tom Marchese, back again and we hope this will give those who were not able to attend the previous session a chance to participate.

When supervising a team of Project Managers, whether it be Process, Product or Service, merely assigning dedicated Project Managers alone does not guarantee Engineering projects will achieve the desired outcomes.
