Dear PEO York Chapter Volunteers and Members,

The PEO York Chapter Executive team would like to invite our valued volunteers and members to our annual BBQ on Saturday, September 14, 2024. Please join us for a great BBQ and drinks with an opportunity to network with your fellow engineers and EITs.

Agenda:

11:30 am – 1:00 pm: Sign in / Lunch tickets available

11:45 am – 1:15 pm: Catered BBQ Lunch is served

1:15 pm – 2:30 pm: Networking, giveaways, remarks by York Chapter Board, activities continue

Each ticket includes a catered BBQ meal (2 choice of beef burger, Italian sausage, chicken burger, or veggie burger) + sides + a beverage. Please provide your choice to help us gauge numbers.

The event is open to our members and their immediate family. There is a limited number of tickets available so please register early to avoid disappointment. There will be a face painter, caricaturist, and fun games available for play.

Important note: Registration is mandatory for all attendees of the BBQ. No registration will be accepted after online registration are closed.
